Seattle has a New Principal

Frank Brescia, AIA

ScharrerAD is pleased to announce we’ve promoted Frank Brescia, AIA to Principal.  Frank has been leading many of ScharrerAD’s Transit and Agency Projects, including multiple Sound Transit early and final designs for Link Light Rail and Bus Rapid Transit Stations. Frank is a LEED Accredited Professional and has also served NCARB on their Continuing Education Evaluation Work Group. With over 16 years of professional experience he is a true leader and an asset to all of ScharrerAD’s public and private clients, as well a friendly and helpful presence in the office.

Frank has been with ScharrerAD since 2017, but previously worked closely with Christine on various projects at Hewitt Architects.

Ben says, “Working with Frank is always a pleasure. He is my technical guru, gives great encouragement, and reminds me I can always Google it when we’re both stumped on how to do something in Revit. The best part is that he comes to work with a playful attitude that is sure to put a smile on your face.”
